Product: HP CLJ Enterprise MFP M577
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced the fuser on an HP Color Laserjet Enterprise MFP M577 (B5L46A) and am trying to reset the fuser counter. The manual states to go into the manage supplies menu and select reset supplies.  The only Item showing for reset is the ADF Kit.  There is no option to reset the Fuser Kit count.  Is there someway that this could have been set to not show and is there someway to bring it back?  I have updated the firmware and that did not help.  I have 2 of these printers at the same location that are doing the same thing.
