Product: GT 5820

My GT 8520 is not available in HP Smart and Mac OS printers list. I have tried to reset everything to no avail. What works:

  1. Wifi Direct
  2. Wired Connection via USB

I have reset everything including setup the printer as new and gone through the wifi procedure setup, however the last step of the setup did not finish as the app could not find the printer even though on the printer the wifi light is not blinking.

Pls help.
