We have had a new HP 7255e printer for 3 weeks. I have spoken to HP who updated the firmware and drivers in the printer. We are able to print from our laptop and able to make copies on the printer glass. Our Galaxy S21FE 5G has the printer listed but when we try to use any of the printer services (Samsung, HP, Mopria) we receive the message "This printer isn't currently available". Also, the phone has all of the current updates. I spoke to Samsung today and they told me to perform a factory reset on the phone and printer.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a solution without completing factory resets?
Thanks.

@Bandsandy, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP 7255e printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Check Network Connectivity: Ensure your printer and mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes connectivity issues stem from being connected to different networks or switching between a home network and a guest network.
Printer Status: Confirm the printer is turned on and connected to your network. You can do this by checking the network settings on the printer's control panel or using HP's printer software on your computer.
HP Smart App: Download and use the HP Smart app, which can help you manage printer connections more effectively. Ensure that both your mobile device and the printer are signed in to the app.
Printer Services:
- Samsung Print Service Plugin: Ensure it's enabled. If not, you might need to reinstall it or check for updates.
- HP Print Service Plugin: Ensure it is updated and enabled. If necessary, reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
- Mopria Print Service: Ensure this service is active. You might need to uninstall and reinstall it to fix any connectivity issues.
Reboot Devices: Sometimes, simply rebooting your mobile device, your printer, and your router can resolve connectivity issues.
Printer Availability: Double-check if any special settings on your printer might affect its availability, such as security features or energy-saving modes.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
