Product: Officejet 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried to install non HP cartridges, and received "damaged or missing cartridge" error message. Tried other non HP cartridges, still does not work. Install a HP cartridge, and works fine. Any suggestions?

HP Recommended

It appears your non HP cartridges are not 100% compatible.  Suggest you try another vendor that guarantees 100% compatibility for the life of the cartridge.
