Hi @JMDV1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 (part of the 9010 series) has stopped communicating with your computer. Here are some steps to help you get them back in sync:
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Restart Devices:
- Power off your printer and computer.
- Unplug the printer for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Check Connection Type:
- Wi-Fi: Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. The wireless light should be solid blue.
- USB: Try a different USB port or cable.
- Use HP Smart App:
- Download or open the HP Smart app to reconnect the printer: 🔗 HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
- Use the “Diagnose & Fix” tool in the app to automatically resolve common issues.
- Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Visit the official HP support page for your model: 🔗 HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

- Check Firewall or VPN:
- Disable any VPN or firewall temporarily to see if it’s blocking the connection.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
