HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I had this printer for two months before it "suddenly" decided it didn't want to work. It's to the point where if I go more than two days without using it, it automatically kicks itself off my network, forcing me to either reset it or remove it to reinstall it before I can get it to print anything.

I have called SEVERAL about this issue; I've called so many times that I already know which troubleshooting steps they're going to tell me to make, so most of the times this has happened, I haven't called. Instead, I perform the actions myself, to no avail.

When I call, the customer service reps are incredibly unhelpful and go out of their way to make it seem that it's MY fault that I don't want to let them tell me to take the same troubleshooting steps that I already know they're going to recommend and that I've already done, before calling. I have seven months of warranty left on this device, and the fact that no one has offered to send me a new one, yet thinks it's okay to keep me on hold for several minutes at a time to tell me to do what I've already done is a highly disrespectful use of my time and resources.

This ongoing issue is interfering with my productivity, as I WFH. I've clarified that if this issue isn't resolved today (12/9/22), I'm filing a complaint against HP.

One thing to check -- IF you have not already done so -- make sure the printer is connected to an SSID named network for the Frequency / Band it should be using.  Printers do not "hop" between bands.  Information provided FYI only.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
