When copying onto standard 100gms paper I have no problems. When using glossy paper it does not feed in smoothly
and the top section of what I am copying is lost, I usually finish up with only the bottom two thirds of my picture.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues feeding glossy paper and the print quality.

- When was the last time the printer was working fine?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Thanks you for your interest which is greatly appreciated. In reply to your questions -
The trouble started around ten days ago.
There have been no changes of software etc.
I have tried troubleshooting but cannot find an answer.
If it helps, it is only A4 Glossy that is a problem. 6" x 4" Glossy copies O.K.

Thanks for your help Fossett-
I have followed suggestions in the article you suggested. Have also bought some lighter weight glossy paper -
170 gms rather than the 230 gm I was using, and everything is fine. I appreciate your time and trouble.
