HD Cloud Recovery Tool - can't identify my Product ID

What's your PC's product ID?

 

If it is 5 or more years old, HP has withdrawn support for the Cloud recovery tool.

 

It it came with FreeDOS, it was never supported for the cloud recovery tool.
