HP Recommended

I have managed to download the relevant drivers for my HP5740 OfficeJet series, but then it takes me to the HP product improvement study research program and asks me to fill-in whether I use it at home or in a business. This is fine, but at that point, there is a further box which requires something to be put in it in order to be able to continue and complete the installation. However, I have absolutely no idea what to put in this box. It appears to accept two letters and three numbers with a gap between the second and third number or four  letters . Can anyone help as I have no idea how to bypass this step in the installation process
