1. First things first, you must check the USB Cable 2.0 is fairly new and in good condition, to connect your printer and your Mac Apple computer.
2. Second, please download and install HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:
3. Then go to Preferences > Printers then Add the printer, follow the steps from the next video:
