I want to install a printer in HP Smart.  I ant to use USB instead of wireless because location Servceis are turned off on my computer and administrator cant  turn on.  So how do I add the printer to HP Smart using USB connection?

I don't think the company will allow that.
Otherwise the admin would have already provided you with the appropriate drivers or installed the printer on your computer.
So clarify this with your admin or supervisor.
