HP Color Laserjet CP2025dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am using an HP Color Laserjet CP2025dn with a Windows 7 (64 bit) PC.  I am  no longer able to print double-sided documents using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (11.0.23.22).  The print dialogue boxes all show the double-sided option, which I select, but the documents only print one-sided.  I am able to print double-sided using the Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word & Excel).  I was able to print double-sided  in Adobe Acrobat Pro several weeks ago, but not now. HP went  to a new printer driver in  December (the Universal Printer driver), which may be the problem; but I am unable to find  where on the HP website I can download previous versions of the driver for this printer.  Any help you can give would be most appreciated.

If you can print double-sided from Office your driver is fine, smells more like you Adobe Acrobat is giving you a problem.

Thanks so much for your quick response, Valsimont.  I've done some further checking and  find that I can print some pdf's double-sided in Adobe Acrobat, just not this one.  But I was able to print this particular pdf double sided back in March-April. That leads me to wonder if one or more of Acrobat XI, HP Printer Driver, or Windows 7) was updated in that time frame and is now not communicating correctly with the other(s).  Acrobat XI is no longer supported and there have been no updates to it in this time.  Same for Windows 7, except there have still been some minor updates.  HP Printer Driver has been updated more recently (Dec 2019), but don't know when it was updated on my PC.  The ultimate solution is to upgrade to the new Acrobat and Windows, which is on my list of things to do, but work deadlines keep getting in the way.

In the meantime, I'd like to revert to the previous HP driver but don't see on the HP website where I can download it.  Do you know?

Per your suggestion, I've also posted this issue on the Adobe website.  If I learn anything there I'll update  this post.
