Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP 202A showing incompatible cartridge with hp laserjet pro m254nw, although it says it should be compatible on the website.

i am a mariner in the middle of the sea with limited internet connection, kindly assist me with reseting the region of the printer.
