@barry1312, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 2332 where it only prints partial pages on Windows 10 and 11. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to fix the issue:

Check Printer Settings and Paper Size

Ensure that the paper size selected in the printer settings matches the paper size you’re using. If, for example, A4 paper is selected in the printer settings but you're using Letter-sized paper, the printer might not print the whole page.

Double-check the page scaling settings in the print dialog. Make sure it is set to “Fit to Page” or “100%” if you don't want any part of the page to be cropped.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

Sometimes outdated or corrupt drivers can cause printing issues. Make sure that you have the latest printer drivers installed for your HP DeskJet 2332.

You can either use Windows Update to check for updates or go directly to the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer.

If you already have the latest drivers, try uninstalling and reinstalling them to see if that resolves the issue.

Steps to reinstall drivers:

Open Device Manager (Press Win + X and select Device Manager).

Find your printer under Printers.

Right-click and select Uninstall device.

Restart your computer and reinstall the latest drivers from HP’s official website.

Clear Print Queue

If there are any stuck print jobs in the queue, they might cause problems with printing. Clear the print queue by following these steps:

Press Win + R, type "control printers", and hit Enter.

Right-click on your printer and select See what's printing.

Cancel all print jobs in the queue and try printing again.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
