Hi @2781,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer has stopped printing, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
Check Printer Status:
- Make sure the printer is powered on.
- Ensure there are no error messages on the printer’s screen, such as "out of paper," "low ink," or "paper jam."
Check Connections:
- Wi-Fi or Bluetooth: If you're printing wirelessly, check that the printer is connected to the same network as your device (laptop, phone, etc.). You can print a network configuration page from the printer to verify the connection.
- USB Cable: If using a USB connection, ensure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the computer.
Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure the ink cartridges are not empty or low. You can check this on your printer screen or through the HP Smart app.
- Try removing and reinserting the ink cartridges to make sure they are properly seated.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help resolve temporary glitches.
Cancel Pending Print Jobs:
- Sometimes, a stuck print job can block new prints. On your computer, go to the printer queue and cancel any pending jobs:
- Windows: Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click on your printer > See what's printing. Cancel any stuck jobs.
- Mac: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Select your printer > Open Print Queue and cancel the stuck job.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the paper tray and the rear access panel to check for any paper jams. If there is paper, carefully remove it to avoid damaging the printer.
Update or Reinstall Drivers:
- Outdated or corrupt printer drivers can prevent printing. Visit the HP support page to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
Printer Reset:
- Perform a reset by following these steps:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord and wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and power the printer on.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
