Product: HP Deskjet 2542 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP 2540 all in one printer since 2014. When i received it, i was able to download the "Office Printing Essentials" software.

I have been using that software since 2014.

 

Due to a recent reset of my computer, i lost the software.

I found the .exe for installing it on my computer, but now it is asking for an activation code.

How can i obtain that?
