Product: DESKJET 2546P

I moved...I can't get my printer to work. I've been at it for 6 mos.  (I know...couldda bought a new one for less aggravation.)  I don't know how to install it using the computer, I don't know if I'm missing a cord, I don't know how to get it "online."  I'm downloading driver after driver, but nothing works.  I keep getting "printer not installed" or something to that effect.

To assist better -

  1. Are you trying to connect the printer with USB or Wireless?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
