Hi @LinkGroup,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To help unlock your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer, we need to clarify what exactly is locked. There are a few common types of "lock" situations:
1. Control Panel Locked / Admin Password Required
2. HP Smart App / HP Account Lock
3. PIN or WPS Lock (for Wireless Setup)
4. Firmware/Settings Locked.
Please let me know what exact feature is locked so we can try to help you better.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi @LinkGroup,
Thank you for letting me know. Please try a Factory Restore, it removes all user-configured settings, including saved administrator passwords, network configurations, stored jobs, selected country/region and language, Address Book entries, and Web Services account information.
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Cold Reset.
A message appears, stating what settings will be restored.
5. Touch Continue.
I hope this helps
Take care and have a good day.

Hi @LinkGroup,
Thank you for letting me know. Please try the Hard reset on the PC and then try the above steps.
Please remove the Cartridges from the Printer if possible, and try a Hard Reset. Do keep us posted to help you better
** Hard reset :
1. Turn the printer on if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer if it does not automatically turn on. The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
9. Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
I hope this helps
Take care and have a good day.
