Hi @LinkGroup,

Thank you for sharing the printer details. Sharing a few steps if this doesn't help, do reach us via a private message, we have enabled it for you.

1. Log In as Administrator via Embedded Web Server (EWS)

  1. Find the printer's IP address:
    • On the printer’s control panel, go to Settings > Network Setup or Wireless Summary.
    • Look for the IP Address (e.g., 192.168.1.45).
  2. Access the Embedded Web Server:
    • On a computer connected to the same network, open a browser and type the printer’s IP address into the address bar.
    • Example: http://192.168.1.45
  3. Log in as Administrator:
    • Click Sign In (top right corner of the EWS page).
    • The default username is usually admin. Leave the password blank if one was never set.
    • If a password has been set and you don’t know it, see step 4.

2. Factory reset the Printer (to unlock all settings)

If you don’t have the admin password and can’t log in to the EWS:

  1. Restore Network Settings:
    • From the printer control panel, go to:
      • Setup > Restore Settings > Restore Network Settings
  2. Full Reset (Service Menu – for many HP printers):
    • This varies by model, but often:
      • Power off the printer.
      • Press and hold Back + Cancel (or Back + Wireless), then power the printer on while still holding the buttons.
      • Wait for the "Permanent Storage Init" or reset message.

⚠️ This will remove any HP+ or HP account restrictions, but you will also lose saved Wi-Fi, language, and settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
