My HP Deskjet 3639 Printer is printing a page from HP with the title "Mobile printing in 3 easy steps" page randomly, without command. The printer is connected to my Windows device and Android device via wifi.IMG_20230918_195839158.jpg

 

Please help, How can I stop it? The printed page is attached.

I understand that your printer is printing extra pages, I am glad to assist you.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app to fix the issue.

Hi,

 

I have uninstalled the app on all my devices. Also, the printer printed the page even when my computer was off. 

 

My printer driver is up to date.

 

What is causing this? The printer is now wasting paper and ink.
