I'm heavily disappointed with this purchase and it's too late to return now. I didn't open it soon enough to do so and now I'm stuck with it. It won't connect to the app whatsoever. I'm trying to connect it wirelessly because that's my only option right now and it's an option for this printer. It didn't even come with any cords, user manual, and the starter cartridges like it said it would. So I purchased some so I could print stuff. The warranty also expired a year before it was purchased according to HP. I can't contact ANY customer service people to help me. The link/QR code on the box that tells you to where to find more information leads you to a web page that says "page error 404". My specific printer series is not an option on the app from the looks of it when I try to troubleshoot finding it wirelessly. Everything I do I end up at a wall. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER SERIES! If I'm able to get ANY help connecting this it would be appreciated. If it's no longer in service, then why is it still being sold in stores?? This is all very frustrating and now I have to blow more money for a new printer and I'm looking for anything other than HP at this point.
