I'm trying to set up the 4152e printer through HP Smart, and I'm getting an error code of EBS00P0010. I've tried multiple times including factory resets. Any ideas what might be happening?

Hi @elohi_nr! Thanks for getting back to me. I just tried again, with a factory reset and removing the paper and ink. I went through the article you sent. In the app, everything looks good until after the printer connects to the network. After that I get a processing spinner for what feels like a long time, and then the error message. I'm at a loss here. Any other ideas would be most appreciated. Thanks again!
