Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer control panel tells me there is an update for the printer. I'll select download and then the printer says it is installing looks like it will be successful and then I get a message that the install failed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer: Go to the Setup Menu>Tools>Restore to defaults.

 

Once done try the firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
