HP 4650 and HP7510 says no drivers

I've hired two technicians and used an HP technician who went into my computer to find out why my desktop HP Envy computer won't print when I send it to my new, HP 4650 All In One Printer. No one seems to be able to make it work. The desktop and the printer are both less than six months old. I've made sure Windows is up to date as is the printer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. I don't want to be part of the HP Something or other that makes you join a Microsoft group in order to be able to download the entire package including drivers. There is no other place for just downloading the divers. There doesn't seem to be any information about how to do it without getting stuck belonging to some HP club that I don't want to belong to. Anyone know how to get just the drivers without anything else?

If you have not done so, download-save-install the Full Feature Software / Full Driver for the printer

Full Driver / Full Feature Software does not require a sign-in to use the software.

  HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software

• Download-and-Save the printer software (Full Feature Software / HP Smart / Easy Start)
• Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
• Reminder:  If using Easy Start, select the Full Driver

Easy Start...

  About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full" driver set (as opposed to the basic driver).

If using USB:  Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the last part of the driver installation)

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

Full driver provides print and scan functions (even if HP Smart proves to be stubborn).
