How to clear a Cartridge Jam Error Message, I have removed paper jam, took out roller covers, paper trys and all areas are clear - there is no scrape of paper anywhere. Cleaned roller heads, did a powr drain and restart. But the Error message wont clear. I notice the ink cartridge does move freely, but does not return to the far right as usual??? Help please

It sounds like the printer carriage has been stalled, try clearing any possible carriage jams. Instructions on how to clear a carriage jam can be found here.
