I was using an HP Officejet Pro 6975 in wireless mode. I was having problems with color printing, so bought new ink cartridges and still couldn't print color. Tried troubleshooting via HP website and had no luck, so I reset the printer to the original factory settings, deleted all the HP printers and drivers from my computer and reinstalled the full HP driver set using HP-OfficeJet-Pro-6975-Full-Feature-Drivers-and-Software-for-windows-7-8-8.1-10.exe. I initially set up the printer using the USB cable and everything worked fine. I went through the steps to make the printer wireless. So now I have two printer options, a USB option and a wireless option. If I print using the USB driver, it's flawless. If I print using the Wireless driver, the preview looks good, but the printer only prints in black ink. When I try to print from Word, and select Printer Properties, the HP Printer Properties screen that comes up with Layout, Paper/Quality, Printer Shortcuts is different. See attached photos. The USB screen has more Printing shortcuts and the Print on Both Sides option functions. In the wireless version there are fewer Printing Shortcuts and the Print on Both Sides option is grayed out. Any suggestions on how to get full functionality back in the wireless mode?

Hi,
Try creating another wireless print queue and check if that helps:
- Swipe down the gray dashboard on the printer screen and tap the wireless icon, take note of the printer's IP address.
- Next, click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Right-click the top address bar of that folder and copy its path. - From the Control Panel select Devices and Printers and press Add Printer.
- Click The printer that I want isn't listed.
- select Add a printer using a TCP/IP Address or hostname and press next.
- Type the printer's IP address and uncheck the box below to query the printer, then press Next.
- Click Have Disk.
- Paste the path copied on step 2 and follow the wizard.
- Select to replace the current driver and name the print queue as you like so you may easily identify it.
Can you see all color and duplex options on the newly added print queue?
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
