All-in-One 7500 A
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

All-in-One 7500A indicates it is connected to the wireless network via status light and network config printout.

DLIN DSR-250N Router can ping the device.   Workstations cannot ping the device.   HP Network Utility does not find the printer.   Attempted to change the wireless channel as seen in similar posts, this did not work.  Firewall disabled on workstation does not resolve issue either.

WPA2 was enabled only on the router.   Enabled WPA + WPA2,  reset the wireless settings on the printer.  All is good.

@TookHartz,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer - E910 over the wireless network.

This issue could occur if the wireless setup is not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

First, you need to turn off the router, computer and printer in sequence and then turn on the router, computer and printer in sequence.

Now, please follow the step by step guide for you in the link: Setting Up the Printer for a Wireless Network in Windows for the HP Officejet Pro 7500A e-All-in-One...

If the issue still persists, then you may update the firmware from the link: Firmware Update

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

Your suggestions did not work.   The firmware is up to date(already applied).   Did you see the original comment that the router(diagnostic tool) is able to ping the printer,  but the workstation cannot?   Same issue on same network with an 8600.
