Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print A3 from either AutoCAD or a PDF of an AutoCAD drawing the horizontal lines are all jagged.

I have run through HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.1 and I have manually removed drivers and then reinstalled through HP Smart but it doesn't fix the issue.

It will print fine at A4

Hi,

This is common due to using a class driver, please follow HP Easy Start below, be sure to select the HP Basic or Full Feature Software option and complete the installation, then check for any difference:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL96741/HPEasyStart_13_2_5.exe

Please let me know the results,

Shlomi
