Officejet Pro 7740 printing issue

New computer with win 11 old one win 10 was OK using PCL driver.  Followed advice and this installed Microsoft IPP Class Driver.  Printing OK at A4 but with A3 Horizonal lines and text are fuzzy and look like they are from a dot printer, photos also fuzzy and can only get mono no colour at A3.  Same Word document OK at A4 not fuzzy and colour.  Same document on old PC with PCL driver is fine.
