Printer won’t go to the home screen.  The blue bar goes to the end of the screen but freezes at that ONE dot point.  I have found numerous people on this site with the exact same problem and the advice seems so be some private hard reset option that has to be emailed by HP to me privately.  Please email me this hard reset instructions.

I understand you need information on performing a factory reset on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
