HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 7855 printer will not go into sleep mode. I've tried the power button as well as the options in Power Management. When I press the power button, it does the countdown to go into sleep, goes blank as though it is in sleep, then come right back on. It is set to go to sleep in 5 minutes. Changing that time to a different time interval did not fix it. Have  reset printer by disconnecting power multiple times and even did a factory reset and re-install of the printer. The problem remains. Would welcome any suggestions for something else to try. Looking like a hardware problem?
