Hi,
I had a fully functional and working printer until today. Somehow, my 790 printer started off with initial set up again. When I was going through the set up, lost power connection and now the printer's on-screen display is stuck at "Set up with HP Smart....Scan the QR code."
Is there a way to factory reset HP 790 printer, or any way to resolve this issue? Thanks!

I understand that want to factory reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.
Restore factory defaults and set up the printer
- Restore an HP Smart Tank printer to factory defaults and set up the printer using the HP Smart app.
- From the left side of the printer, lift the ink access door.
- On the printer control panel, press the Information button
for three seconds.
- All buttons on the control panel light up.
- Press the Information button
and the Cancel button
until 00 displays and the Wi-Fi button
blinks.
- Lower the ink access door.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Press the Power button
or disconnect the power cable to turn off the printer.
- Turn on the printer, and then wait until the Wi-Fi button
blinks and Wi-Fi icon
on the printer display cycles.
- The printer enters into Wireless Setup Mode.
- Open the HP Smart app, add the printer, and then follow the prompts to complete printer setup.
