HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer will not download update, repeatedly asking to update. I have tried the online help without success and the HP phone number but gave up after 28 minutes (there is a cost to their 0207 telephone number).

As I cannot get help from HP can anyone help with the problem ??

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
