I just bought a used HP 8035e printer, when I go to setup the device it gives me an error message saying: Unable to register your device on your account error code: UA_400_EB000U0410

This error message occurs on my Android end my Windows 11 PC.

When I go to print a document, or copy a paper I get an error on the printer saying:  A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print unless the issue is resolved.

If anybody has any ideas on why this is doing this, I would really appreciate the help, thank you.

Hi @MitchL1990

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The UA_400_EB000U0422 error indicates the printer was set up earlier with a different account and is not removed from that account yet; hence, you are getting this error.

These requests are best addressed over the phone with our dedicated support team for your region.
