HP 8600 Firmwareupdate not working

Hello,

unfourtantly i have the same errors like others in the community zo update my printer firmware.

I have Verison CKP5CN1829AR and downloaded the newest Firmare from 2020 (Version named: 2011A).

I have the problem that the installer says not applicable. (The Trick with VerifyDownloadID= 0 doesnt work- I get an error while updateing in the first second).

Please can you give me any help to resolve the issue.

I would like to help

If you are getting the message Not Applicable it means the Firmware is not for your printer and you cannot force download it and neither it is recommended to do so

thanks for the information. Can you give me an Link to the correct firmwareupdate?

I want to update the printer that i can use the administratonwebseite with TLS 1.2.

In the Printerinformation are following informations listed:

Produktname: HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g

Produktmodellnummer: CM750A

Firmwareversion: CKP5CN1829AR
