Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

reinstalling HP8620, after a year off line.  Connected from printer wirelessly. HP cannot install says printer not found. Dowloaded install software from HP several times.   Does not recognize IP address and cannot find printer, but it shows as active printer
