HP Officejet Pro 8710

HP has updated the firmware and now my cartridges will not work. I have reset to factory settings and still the same issue.  How do I revert back to earlier version of the firmware.

Unfortunately nothing will work to reset.  I have been in contact with HP on whatsapp and basically told to use HP cartridges. I will never buy or use a HP product again.
