Hi @MWJMKO,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is printing blank pages on Windows 11, please try the steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check Ink Levels
- On the printer touchscreen:
- Tap the Ink icon or go to Setup > Ink Levels
- Make sure none of the cartridges are empty.
2. Run Printhead Cleaning
- On the printer:
- Tap Setup (gear icon) > Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead
- Repeat up to 2–3 times if necessary.
3. Print a Diagnostic Page
- Tap Setup > Reports > Print Quality Report
- Check if any colors or black ink are missing or faint.
4. Remove and Reinsert Cartridges
- Take out all ink cartridges.
- Inspect for:
- Plastic tabs left on cartridges
- Dirty or blocked cartridge contacts
- Gently clean contacts with a lint-free cloth, then reinsert.
5. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer
- Unplug it for 60 seconds
- Plug it back in and restart
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
