Whenever I print a PDF file the header and footer is cut-off. Where can I fix the settings for this?

Thanks for your help!

If printing the PDF file from within the Browser, click to Add / Remove the header / footer information in the Print Settings.

What else?

PDF files Exported from Word generally retain the margins / structure as those set in Word.

Normally, this exported structure includes the footers and headers.

If printing from a PDF file on the computer,

Open the PDF file in your PDF viewer / reader

Adjust the settings in the Main Menu

Click on Properties to select your Shortcut (Everyday printing) and other actions

Click on Page Setup to check / set paper size

Click OK to save and exit the sub-menu(s)

In Pages & Handling > Set the print size to "Fit" as opposed to Actual Size

When ready, Click to Print

Not sure?  Test by printing one page of the document: Pages to Print, select 1 page or pages 1-2

Example

Manage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1GManage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1G
