Thank you for responding. I have already attempted your suggestion. The problem is that when this printer was originally setup it was given a static IP address in order to synch up to a static router signal which linked up to a static frequency on a microwave tower, which was years ago. We now use T-Mobile 5G service and their multi-frequency residential router thus the printer is looking for a static frequency which no longer exists. When originally setup my IT guy put ALL settings in Locked mode, including all printer maintenance ... my IT guy no longer has the master password and the entire printer menu has been digitally locked down ... I need to know how to reset entire printer to default getting it out of total lock down without using / knowing this master password.
