Good afternoon. My client has an HP 9010 on a home network. The printer now only works with HPDirect, which I cannot figure out how to use HP App on the PC or phone to scan with. It used to connect with ipv4, last year. Had not connected since she is now working from home again. The correct ipv4 address shows in the printout configuration, but we cannot ping the IP address from the Window11 PC, or see it from the phone. The configuration page show the Wifi connections are good, but nothing from the phone or PC, no web connection. When I attempt to use any printer setup method, Windows printer setup with IP address, HP driver setup, or HP APP, it does not see the printer. When I did a reset on the Wifi, it found the same IP address, but it still does not work. The wifi works for the PC and phone just fine. I am going to attempt to try another IP address, and then see what might be up with the router. Any other ideas?

Hi @SmallBizPC,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: Touch Network Setup. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes.
Once done, connect to the Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Settings. 4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup. 5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
If you have already tried the above steps, then, We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
