I received my son's HP 9012 printer.  Upon plugging it in the printer goes directly to a screen which is asking me to do a print head alignment.  I have no other option available except for the alignment.  Once i hit continue the printer goes a a blue screen and displays B8156B0C.   I have powered down several times and have also removed and re-inserted the print cartridges.   Looking for some help.    Thanks
