Hi @WeeWille3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To change the default print settings for all print jobs on an HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer in Windows 11, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access Printer Settings

  • Press Win + I to open the Settings app.
  • In the Settings app, go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Find and select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 from the list of printers.
  • Click on Printing preferences. This will open the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 Printing Preferences window.

Step 2: Configure Default Print Settings

  • In the Printing Preferences window, adjust the settings as desired. This may include:
    • Paper Size: Select the default paper size.
    • Print Quality: Choose the default print quality (e.g., Draft, Normal, Best).
    • Color/B&W: Set whether to print in color or black & white.
    • Other Settings: Adjust other settings such as paper type, orientation, etc.

Save Settings:

  • Once you have configured the settings to your liking, click Apply and then OK to save these as the default settings for all print jobs.

Step 3: Apply Settings for All Users (Optional)

If you want these settings to apply to all users on the computer, you'll need administrative privileges.

  • In the Printers & scanners section, select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025, then click on Printer properties.
  • Go to the Advanced tab, and click Printing Defaults. Adjust the settings here as needed.
  • Click Apply and OK to save these settings.
  1. Test the Settings:
    • Open a document and try to print it to ensure that the new default settings are applied correctly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
