  • I  cannot reinstall  my HP OfficeJet Pro 9122e after some Windows 11 update and that on two systems.
  • I experience installation hangs and the printer disappears on two systems.
  • I use HPEasyStart-16.2.4-OJP9120_58_2_1857_Webpack for the incomplete installation.
  • Firmware is up to date, relating to the related web site.

Solution found alone.

I use HP Smart from Microsoft store instead of the installation program found on the HP Web which was not working.

Printer is OK now
