Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I installed HP App Ver. 61.52636.13998.0 and all works fine as long as I have my printer ON. If my printer is OFF I cannot open my Excel files (Word-PP-1Note-Outlook work ok). When I try to open Excel it freezes for a few seconds and then shows a popup saying "Waiting for connection to printer, press Cancel".... I press wait for a few seconds... another popup with printer selection (Envy 6020e, Windows printer, PDF printer etc).... I click and nothing happens.... I wait and after a few seconds the Excel file opens BUT completely "shaded" and NOT "active".

I called HP, got the AI but, sorry to say, the "I" was missing or on vacation 🙂

Help please, and thanks in advance
