I keep getting a error message that a problem has occurred with your HP Account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.  I can not get past this point.

@SQG71, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're encountering an issue with your HP account that is preventing you from printing. Here are some steps to try to resolve it:

Sign Out and Sign Back In

  • Open the HP Smart app or go to the HP website.
  • Sign out of your HP account and sign back in to ensure your account is syncing properly.

Clear Browser Cache or Reinstall HP Smart

  • If you're using the HP Smart app, uninstall and reinstall it. This can help clear any corrupted data.
  • If you're using a browser, try clearing the cache or switching to a different browser to log in to your HP account.

Check for Account Issues

  • Log in to your HP account online.
  • Make sure your account is active, your subscription (if applicable) is valid, and there are no issues related to billing or security.

Update Firmware

  • Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or on the HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
