Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had problems with the HPSmart app, it was updated and now it shows me another icon and it is called HP Aio Remote, when I run it, it closes unexpectedly. I uninstall it and reinstall it again but the same thing happens. Can someone help me.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Could you please share an image of the application so that I can assist you further?
