HP App in Corporate Environment

I support 75+ HP Printers around our organization.  From HP LAN Printers in corporate office down to All In Ones MFPs at remote and home offices.

Any TID / advice to using HP App - doesn't really work in corp environment with local and remote users with my exposure and experience so far.

Is there a secret to using the HP App in corporate environment - seems to be set up for single use only.   (is there a way to view and manage all devices under a single HP App account?   How do organizations deploy HP App if they are only designed for a single printer / user?)

We load traditional printer drivers - then the HP App suddenly shows up on Windows 10  - 11 PCs and something stops working - either printing, printing on Citrix, or the scanner.  To get working again, have to uninstall HP App and reload the printer driver.  Its a pain.  Needed - a way to block HP App from loading, or get the Smart Working in Corporate Environment. 

I am not the only person with this issue, as several colleagues also complain about the app.

Will this take care of the newer printers that require a mobile phone / QR code ?
