Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I Understand you are unable to remove the HP Button manager,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Is there any particular reason you want to remove it?
Do you get any error messages related to its removal?
Did you check for any other HP Forum posts to help resolve your concern?
If you haven't, Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here for the steps.
(Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern).
Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,
It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

Thank you for replying with this overwhelming and detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
Somehow I feel that you've missed a very important step and that was mentioned on the link I had shared,
Since you haven't clicked on it, here it is again: Click here
I'm not sure what you mean by "I DONT have one thing installed that is HP on my PC" but rest assured the procedure mentioned on the link above will completely remove the app from the registry as well.
Keep me posted for further assistance 😉

I appreciate your time and efforts,
I recommend you click on the "HP button manager" under the auto-run manager and then select remove from the tabs above to remove it.
If you have any other queries related to usage of the revo-uninstaller, checking the FAQs or help by hitting the F1 key.

I appreciate your time and efforts,
That's one tough nut, I must say this is quite rare, I recommend you search for the app on the windows search tab and delete them accordingly,
HP doesn't recommend tampering with the registry, besides is this application creating any problems or stopping you from completing any task?
Keep me posted for further assistance 😉
