After turning on the printer, there is not menu icon administrator. cold reset and other init does not help. Any computer does not see the device via USB. How can I reset it to factory settings or flash it?

If you plug it in and there is no indication of power there is a hardware problem.

Page 343 of this user manual discusses power on problems.

If I plug in it is working, on screen is not icon administrator. other icons are on the screen. the warranty expired long ago.

After the mainboard was removed, the  RTC battery was replaced and the MAC address was found. after that, using the web portal, we logged in using the IP address.  after I am  settings icon menu. topic closed

I am glad you got it working.  I had no idea that replacing that battery would fix the problem.  You might to save a copy of that manual I listed as it is not always available on the internet.
